This coming April, Singapore will host a Crowdsourcing Week that aims to provide answers to questions such as these and a whole lot more.

This massive global conference is an exploration of the contributions made to business by crowdsourcing, crowdfunding and the collaborative economy.

Among the leading innovators who are attending are: Sean Moffitt (Managing Director, Wikibrands), Jennifer Gustetic (Program Executive, NASA) and Jeremiah Owyang (Founder, Crowd Companies).

To date more than 40 speakers have been confirmed. The 2nd Annual Crowdsourcing Week Global Conference, Singapore will run from April 7-11, 2014.

Transformations

The principle theme is “Crowd Impact: Empowering Transformation” and conference discussions and presentations will explore how crowdsourcing and crowdfunding are stimulating transformations in numerous industries such as business, finance, marketing and healthcare.

The overarching aim is to help business executives implement and lead crowdsourcing initiatives to improve the success of their organizations. Conference organizers say attendees will discover the tools and approaches they need to transform their businesses through crowd interactions and the sharing economy.

“Crowdsourcing is accelerating a new kind of social productivity ¬ one that is transforming our social DNA in a highly networked world,” said Epi Ludvik Nekaj, Founder & CEO of Crowdsourcing Week.

“We are more open to sharing, crowdfunding and creating collaborative futures today than ever before. The opportunity to apply this phenomenon is huge for organizations trying to do more with less.”
