Detailed Description:
In the present widely used Ballast system compressed air is used to manoeuver / steer a submarine in deepsea water. In critical attack situation when the outer hull gives in the sea water becomes a killer. The external hull which was meant to protect itself becomes a trap and further pulls the sub in deep dark ocean bed.
This ballast system gets along the existing ballast system smoothly without interfearing with their usual functioning. it further adds to its stealth and much neede safety system for a machine like submarine.
