The GE Submitted Ideas Operation looks at two types of submissions. The first is ideas from people who do not expect compensation. The second is from those who expect compensation. If after the idea is accepted electronically, GE’s team will research the idea. If accepted, a personal interview may be arranged to get more information about the submission.
