In 2004, we got together a group of people that want lots of things. We found some of them in Lisbon, Madrid, Buenos Aires, Coimbra… and we are still looking around.

Since then, we have been studying, developing and applying different solutions and methodologies on innovation management. Some were developed by us, some by our partners with whom we’ve learned a lot. The experience gained over the last 4 years by engaging directly with our clients, or indirectly with our partners’ clients, was key to bring us where we are now.

This experience clearly supports that there is huge room for improvement when it comes to innovation management in complex organizations. You could say that there is a variety of different approaches, maybe you even tried some of them, but not one clearly sustained innovation as a successful collaborative process (until now!).
