I have a keen interest in the intersection of the disciplines medicine, plant chemistry, plant culture, and social welfare. I am working on the concept of "huertos caseros", the house orchard, which can supply food, medicine, energy, and sustainable living for the peoples of the world. I do believe we can implement these same concepts in developed countries to help mitigate problems of pollution, heat build-up in cities, and malnutrition. Education of our youth, innovative problem solving, and a world view which includes the environment as a critical factor in all business plans are key to future success.
