The Powder Bomb is a sack / pack full of fire retardant chemical powder with an explosive style charge inside / attached ( charges cleverly placed + designed to blow / throw powder out of pack ) when thrown into burning hard to get area i.e building / room the pack will explode like a bomb spreading powder everywhere to put a fire out / tackles fires causes etc.
The Powder Sprayer is a compact hoover / vacuum looking style type of device that has a sack of Fire Retardant Chemical Powder in its center. Device is powered by a modern day technology battery system. Severe heat temperature censors underneath the Powder Sprayer activates the device , their is also a function button on the device - push it and a 30 second - 1 minute digital timer count down begins before Device activates ( giving you time to throw / place the device ) - once activated It throws F.R powder out of a rotating cylinder sprinkler at 360 degrees constantly until sack is empty . the device can be thrown into burning area i.e room, building, it is also self righting - lands on its back side every time thanks to a cleaver weight / balance design. It is made of fire proof material layers & also air intake fan is made of same material. it puts fire a bay at a constant rate.

Can you give a idea of the cost of the materials used and to produce a F.R Powder Device in various different sizes ?

The fire proof material layers on the Devices are made of the same material as Fire & Safety - Fire blanket material + Fire proof Acrylic in plastic form ,, The price for fire proof materials to construct / mass produce powder sprayers / bombs would not be a lot if you bought the materials in bulk from company's who produce Fire proof materials. ( Suppliers in China / USA etc.)
( you would have to inquire with company's who sell Fire Proof materials )
( Get a long term bulk buy deal contract with a supplier / company to get device construct materials cheap )
F.R POWDER DEVICES Construction Information -
The Powder Sprayer outer / casing material layers -
(1) The devices first exterior casing layer - made of thin metal with fire proof spray ?
(2) The second exterior material layer to the device coats over the devices first exterior metal layer - 2nd layer is 2 / 3 ply fire blanket material.
(3) final 3rd exterior layer on outside of the device is semi thick metal with fire proof acrylic plastic + heat / fire blanket material underneath it ( these built up Fire proof material layers on the device prevent heat build up inside the device which could prevent the device from operationally working in extreme fire zone heat environments )
(4) The air intake valve that draws in air to cool the Powder Sprayers heat Fan system is made up of fire proof material layers ,, fire proof Air Filter / Air Cleaner pads are made from fire blanket style material , they collect / separate carbon dioxide from the smokey air that's drawn into the Powder Sprayer device ,, Air cleaner filter / pad acts like a cigarette butt - ( cleaning the air that's drawn into device ) ,,, The air filter is made off fire proof material ,, the air filter / pad allows the Powder Sprayer device to work & operate in heavy carbon dioxide smokey air environments.
Powder Bomb Device's outer material Layer -
(1) Thin fire proof plastic / paper outer shell to heat protect device before it explodes when thrown.
If Fire service personnel ran out of water, these devices could be used as alternatives+ they can be made to different sizes & specifications for different area masses. no water , no option, think again the powder device range.
