Body Dryer Replaces Terrycloth with Compressed Air

The Body Dryer was designed to replace germy and environmentally unfriendly bathroom towels with a more environmentally sound solution—compressed ionized air.Recently surpassing its funding goal on Indiegogo, the Body Dryer is equipped with angled vents that can be adjusted according to the needs, or size, of the user. The arrangement of the vents sends a cylindrical tunnel of compressed air up from the footplate to dry the individual in about 30 seconds, with no towel required. The air temperature can be adjusted to hot or cold, and the final version of the unit even includes a digital scale.
According to the developers, the Body Dryer will save energy by eliminating the need to wash towels and offers a more healthy alternative to the damp, bacteria-friendly environment used towels often provide.
