Cold Pressed Milk Tastes Better, Still Safe

Cold Pressed Milk Tastes Better, Still Safe
Jun-21-16
The Australian company Made by Cow has created a cold pressed method that makes milk safe to drink while also retaining more of its nutrition.

Typically, milk is pasteurized and homogenized to kill dangerous bacteria, which also tends to change the taste of the milk and degrade its nutritional qualities. As an alternative, the MBC cold-press process subjects the milk to intense “"isostatic cold water pressure,” which compresses the milk and its plastic bottle to kill the bacteria with pressure instead of heat. This process supposedly results in tastier, healthier milk, and allows the fresh milk to be processed and stored within just hours of leaving the cow.

The Made by Cow process has been approved by the Food Authority of New South Wales, and can be found in Australian stores.

Hi ! I'm pretty amazed by your invention!
you are doing a great job providing people with quality untampered with milk.
i was just wondering if you can consider introducing the same here in KENYA - that kind of milk can literally fly off the shelves here. people are tired of these tasteless pasteurized milks.
