This invention concept offers an OLED light switch, with an interactive displays on its touchscreen, would tell you a number of things about your energy consumption to help you regulate and improve it.For example, you would get your usage, how it compares to other homes in your community, and how individual rooms compare to your entire house. You could set energy spending goals and watch how you meet, beat, or exceed them. And it would project costs for the next 12 hours.
The plan is to draw power from existing power lines over which radio frequencies would monitor and deliver the information. All, of course, in cool graphics.
