The 22-inch tall Drumi is portable enough to fit in the trunk of a car, yet it can hold up to five liters of water—enough to wash several items of clothing. Once the clothes have been added to the unit along with water and detergent, the interior drum is spun by stepping on the foot pedal, which agitates the clothes and removes the dirt. Once the clothes are deemed clean, the wash water can be released and the dry clothes spun again to remove excess water and speed drying.
