Fobo Tire Monitors Tire Pressure in Real-Time

Fobo Tire Monitors Tire Pressure in Real-Time
Sep-10-14
The Bluetooth-enabled Fobo Tire gauge system keeps a constant eye on tire pressure and sends and alert if the pressure becomes too low.

The Fobo Tire sensors are installed in place of the tires' usual air valve caps, where each one receives a separate identifier that provides an accurate pressure reading for its tire. An alert is sent to the user's smartphone or the in-car system if pressure levels fall too low, and the system can be set up to monitor up to 20 cars from one app (for corporate users, for example). Each sensor is keyed to the user's Fobo account—so stealing one will render it useless—and they have been proven sturdy enough to withstand water, dirt and extreme temperatures.
