Hiplok FLX Bike Lock Adds a Safety Light

May-06-16 Meant for quick stops, the lightweight Hiplok FLX bike lock can be carried in a pocket, and even includes a flashing safety tail light.

Based on the idea that many people out for a recreational bike ride don’t want to carry heavy, bulky locks, the Hiplok FLX is made up of a cable lock with a 10-lumen LED attached. The lock can be hooked onto a bag or belt during rides, with the LED functioning as rear warning light. While the lock won’t stop determines thieves, it is meant more to prevent snatch-and-grabs while the rider takes a break or visits a café.
