The HotLogic Mini uses a slow cooking method to gradually heat leftovers or frozen food without overcooking or drying them out. Once plugged into a standard outlet, the device will automatically heat or cook the food in about 1 or 2 hours, and then hold it at a “pathogenic safe temperature” until it is removed. It can be used with most types of sealed, portable food containers, including metal, glass, plastic and cardboard.
