Lumen Smart Bulb Shines a New Light on Things

Nov-24-12 The Bluetooth enabled Lumen Smart Bulb does more than illuminate the room—it also helps set the mood.

The smart bulb is compatible with standard bulb sockets and features an RGBW LED capable of generating over 400 lumens of soft, comfortable light. It can be programmed to suit a variety of needs, including changing colors set to music, a simulated moonlight effect and the Wake mode, which will cause the bulb to slowly increase luminosity until it reaches maximum brightness at the requested time.

The bulb can be controlled by smartphone or tablet and has a range of up to 30 feet. The developers are currently seeking funding on Indigogo.
