Med. History 2.0 Tattoo Stores Medical Data

Med. History 2.0 Tattoo Stores Medical Data
May-08-14
The winner of IT's Make-It-Wearable Visionary Track competition is the Med. History 2.0—an invisible tattoo able to be constantly updated with the individual's medical history while still maintaining a level of anonymity.

Developed by Mael Flament (who also proposed the heat-to-energy converting Peltier Jacket), the Med. History 2.0 would be printed onto the skin with an ink only viewable under black light, and would function as "an RFID of sorts." The tattoo would contain pertinent medical history, such as allergies, medications and past surgeries, and could be updated to include current prescriptions or even what the individual has eaten recently.

This ready access to information would allow medical personnel to ensure the optimal treatment for the patient, and Flament is quick to point out that no information would be stored that could prevent someone from receiving proper care, such as financial details.

I am ready for this to be developed! I need it! Needs to be developed so that no one can "lift the info" though. Somehow, protected from blackmarketers.
Data must be secure, to prevent HIPPA violation, organ theft, etc. in my opinion. Would like to join in on it, though.
Think it's the way to go.
