Modular Exilim EX-FR10 Camera

Modular Exilim EX-FR10 Camera
Aug-30-14
Casio's Exilim EX-FR10 modular camera can be used as a wearable, remote-controlled or regular camera depending upon its configuration.

The Exilim EX-FR10 looks like a standard camera—and can be used in the standard manner—but it can also be adjusted for a variety of shots. The viewfinder can swing out for self-portraits, and the lens, which contains the camera's functions, can be removed and attached as wearable device. The lens and the camera's controller communicate via Bluetooth, which enables remote operation, and the system includes an array of straps and other accessories for attaching the device to clothing or objects.
