To help users find the healthy balance, the QSun UV tracker works with the smartphone’s camera and a companion app that analyzes the user’s skin tone and offers sun protection recommendations based on their size and clothing. That data is then accessed by the wearable QSun, which attaches to the clothing and monitors the amount of UV exposure and vitamin D intake, alerting the wearer when they need to apply more sunscreen or get out of the sun.
