The REV-LX wheels are an evolution of the company’s earlier version, and are geared lower so that they are easier to move. The system is designed to take advantage of the larger muscles that are used to perform a rowing motion, and the counter-motion created between the wheel and hand rim also allowed the team to incorporate a more effective braking system.
