Stem Turns Citrus to Spritzers

Stem Turns Citrus to Spritzers
Apr-13-12
The Stem is an instant spritzer, turning a fresh lime or lemon into a tidy spray of flavor.

Created by Timothy Houle, the serrated bottom of the Stem stabs into the citrus, leaving the pump spray end sticking out from the fruit. The pump action is strong enough to deliver a full spray of citrus for salads, marinades, or drinks, and the device comes apart for cleaning.
