The uKeg Keeps Growler Beer Carbonated

Oct-26-14 The uKeg pressurized growler from Kegworks lets beer-lovers keep their favorite beer as nicely carbonated as it was when they picked it up from the brewery.

The uKeg comes in two sizes—64 oz and 128 oz—and features a double-walled, vacuum insulated body, a sight glass to keep track of how much beer remains, a pressure gauge to monitor the carbonation and an interchangeable tap handle. What beer-lovers will be most happy with, however, it the CO2 regulator cap able to hold standard CO2 cartridges (the same kind used to pressurize commercial, hand-held whipped cream or seltzer dispensers). The cartridge slips into the uKeg's cap, which will automatically regulate the pressure as desired (the pressure can be set between zero and 15 psi).

The uKey has already far exceeded its funding goal on Kickstarter.
