Anything which helps people to feel more secure and in control must be good I would love to know!

I am a very active senior. On a chain/cord around my neck, I would like a device on which I can press a button and be able to call for help wherever I may be - out and about in my car (I drive a lot, and travel good distances), in the house (where I spend less time), anywhere in the country - outside or inside buildings.

I have no significant limitations, but could possibly trip and fall. (The other day, away from home, I was treading up a stairway from an underground parking garage and tripped, hitting my head slightly - but it could have been worse; your "MobileHelp" device MIGHT have been a help - would it?

I would MUCH prefer it NOT to have to be strapped to my belt or such, but rather ON A CHAIN AROUND MY NECK!. I already have a BlackBerry clippped to my belt - which can be a bother, getting caught under a heavy coat, etc. - clumsy to reach!

I suppose the in-house unit would be wise, but is it really necessary? Is direct satellite visibility necessary - and is that really workable under the roof of a car?
