One factor Problem Solvers will take into account when deciding to accept an invitation to work on a challenge, is how much they will be paid when the problem is solved. The greater the Award they are offered, the more they are inspired to achieve solutions for you. They love a good challenge.

Many of our Solvers have PhDs and advanced degrees in their specialties, and many also have patents and/or inventions in their names. Some Problem Solvers teach innovation. All are creative. And all are willing to work for the prospect of receiving an Award. Remember, they don't get paid unless you are satisfied, so they are highly motivated to do their best.
