Nigerian ICT Business to Benefit from Open Innovation

Dell Enterprise business Manager in Nigeria, Akin Banuso, has said that open innovation will help spur the growth of ICT in Nigeria. He said that there were three major networking trends in play currently – convergence, distributed networks, and software defined networks. Of these convergence is the most important. While earlier server, storage, and network administrators worked independently, modern needs required a converged solution. Apart from this software defined networking would also help increase the flexibility of networking solutions, he added.
