Deuterated Tapazole and Derivatives, Preparation Method Therefor and Use of Same

The invention relates to deuterated compounds having formula (I) in which R1, R2 and R3 represent independently a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4alkyl group, optionally substituted with: a -OR4 group, R4 representing a hydrogen atom or a C1-C3 alkyl group optionally substituted with phenyl; a -NR5R6 group, R5 and R6 representing independently a hydrogen atom or a C1-C3alkyl group, tosyl or mesyl; a -SR7 group, R7 representing a hydrogen atom or a C1-C3 alkyl group; a -OCOR8 group, R8 representing a C1-C3 alkyl group or phenyl; or a halogen atom. D represents deuterium. The invention also relates to a method for preparing the deuterated compounds, a pharmaceutical composition containing said compounds and the use of same in the pharmaceutical and analytical field.
