The implant i.e. flexible hollow implant (5), has peristalsis elements flexible over entire length and assigned to the flexible hollow implant and causing pressure balance between distal and proximal openings on the flexible hollow implant by peristalsis movements. The peristalsis elements are designed as tubes running in longitudinal direction of the flexible hollow implant. The tubes are formed out one-piece with the hollow implant. The tubes are arranged in relation to an axial plane and coiled arranged around the hollow implant.
