The splint (13) has fastening elements (14) e.g. hooks (15), for a connection element (17) e.g. fastening lug, to a piercing-like implant at a region of a tongue body of a patient. The fastening elements are arranged at the lower jaw bite guard splint, and are provided at interior sides of the lower jaw bite guard splint, and the hooks are made of surgical stainless steel, titanium or titanium alloy. The fastening lug is attached and detached at the fastening elements and at the implant, and is made of a band and belts. The lug is formed as a biocompatible entropy elastic rubber spring.
