$244,000,000,000 POTENTIAL US MARKET
The estimated market is calculated from documentation for USEPA in off-road diesel technology. The technology can be used for more applications than disclosed in this listing. Full documentation and calculations can be supplied to you by contacting me through my listed email. I have complete proposal and power point presentations. Depending on your level of interest you will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement because a patent pending is contingent with this technology.
The energy boom of the United States of America has increased hydraulic fracturing stages of well bores substantially. USEPA has released a fact sheet outlining air regulations for the oil and gas industry. Some pertinent information from that document has been copied.
“OVERVIEW OF FINAL AMENDMENTS TO AIR REGULATIONS FOR THE OIL AND NATURAL GAS INDUSTRY”

“OVERVIEW OF ACTION
On April 17, 2012, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued cost-effective regulations to reduce harmful air pollution from the oil and natural gas industry while allowing continued, responsible growth in U.S. oil and natural gas production.
The final rules include the first federal air standards for natural gas wells that are
hydraulically fractured, along with requirements for several other sources of pollution in the
oil and gas industry that currently are not regulated at the federal level. The rules for fractured gas wells rely on proven, cost-effective technology and practices that industry
leaders are using today at about half of the fractured natural gas wells in the U.S.

EPA extensively sought comment on the proposed rules, which the agency was required to
review under the Clean Air Act. Today’s final action includes a number of changes made in response to those comments. The final rules provide flexibility for industry to ensure equipment is available to capture natural gas in time to meet compliance deadlines, while maintaining the environmental benefits from the proposal. The rules also include incentives for industry to modernize equipment and reduce pollution early, and changes to reporting
requirements to strengthen accountability.

A key component of the final rules is expected to yield a nearly 95 percent reduction in
VOCs emitted from more than 11,000 new hydraulically fractured gas wells each year. This significant reduction would be accomplished primarily through the use of a proven process
– known as a “reduced emissions completion” or “green completion” -- to capture natural
gas that currently escapes to the air.”

This patent is designed to reduce emissions and total fuel consumption of diesel engines that are used to hydraulically fracture the wells. The EPA fact sheet discusses how many wells are estimated to be hydraulically fractured each year, but does not include how many “Stages” per well. After discussing this with “frac” consultants I have been advised that there is an average of 30 “Stages” per well. Consider the following scenario to complete hydraulic fracturing of the referenced 11,000 wells per year.

• 11,000 wells per year
• 30 average stages per well
• 1 hour average stage pump time
• 12 average frac pumps per stage
• 100 gallon per hour average fuel consumption per frac pump
• 396,000,000 gallon of diesel fuel consumed to complete hydraulic fracturing per year
This technology can guarantee 10% fuel consumption reduction.
• 396,000,000 gallons total without retrofit technology per year
• 39,600,000 gallons saved with retrofit technology (minimum 10% savings) per year
Emission side of this technology guarantees 30% reduction. Scenario of emissions considering only engines greater than 750 horsepower (frac pump engines average 2,250 BHP) and using “Tier 4” emission standards.
• 5.37 g/BHP-hr > 750BHP USEPA Tier 4 emission standard.
• 12 frac pump engines average
• 30 hours pump time @ 1 hour per stage
• 11,000 wells estimated per year
• 21.27 calculated metric tons per year of carbon dioxide equivalent reported as combustion emission on Green House Gases (GHG)
Retrofit the frac pump engines with this technology and view emission levels reduced by 30%.
• 21.27 calculated metric tons per year of carbon dioxide equivalent reported as combustion emission on Green House Gases (GHG)
• 14.89 metric tons per year with retrofitted technology
• 6.38 metric tons per year of carbon dioxide equivalent not reported as combustion emission on Green House Gases (GHG)
