A completely new system for cooling or heating

This is new system for air-conditioning or heating which uses a new simple way for that.
This device includes a simple filter, an ionic fluid and an electrical field which acts like a pump and moves the ionic fluid in a specific direction.
Ionic fluid contains hot ions and cold ions (according to Maxwell–Boltzmann distribution theory), by using the filter this device is able to separate hot ions and cold ions and make temperature gradient which means it can act like an air-conditioner.
