Beam Clamp:
• Makes positive connection across I- beams
o Meets Seismic code requirements
o Holds loads in all directions
o Load forces pass straight through flanges
• One or two bolts for fast easy attachment
o Hook and Leverage
o One nut vs. four on competition
o Easy to position, adjust and re-adjust
• Clamps struts, pipes, angles, conduit, and other equipment to I-beams and similar two flange structures.

Wedge Clamp
• Strong stable connection
o Load rests broadly on wedge or clamp body
 Use instead of common c-clamps where loads rest on the tip of a bolt which makes them subject to twisting
 Small fastener is used to force a wedge through an opening in clamp body
 Offset pull tab on wedge pivots wedge flat against the flange that is being clamped (self-aligning)
 Works on flat or tapered flanges
• Broad flexible applications for attaching members to single flanges
o Strut Channels
o Pipes or Conduits
o Angles
o Lighting fixtures
• Creates broad range of hanger configurations to single flanges
o Threaded rods
o Strapping
• Used in a number of special configurations
o Insert of strut channel between flanges of I-beam
o Create a strut channel stand-off from flange
o Lid of metal box can be secured using a wedge matching cutouts in metal.
 Easy to install (tap in then insert small threaded fastener)

Strut System
• Strut channels with dimpled holes that facilitate inserting self-tapping screws using power drivers
• Strut channels with rectangular cut-outs that includes interior tabs to hook standard and special extra strong metal strapping
• V-Struts that can interface with standard struts using the beam clamps listed above
o Includes variety of holes on the base
o Dimpled holes on flanges
o Cutouts for strapping on sides
o Can be sized as a strong structural member
o Used to create stand offs from walls or beams for running struts, pipes and conduits along walls or vertically
• Manufactured using traditional metal fabrication processes including roll forming, punch presses, laser cutting, shears and press brakes.
