Dual Vector Information via Audible Pulse Oximeter Signals

This invention allows anesthesia providers to audibly detect both a patients oxygen saturation and blood pressure. Currently, the pulse oximeter signal carries information about oxygen saturation (via frequency) and heart rate (via time between pules). Modifying the timbre of the audible signal provides another vector of information, in this case, systolic blood pressure.
