A tube (51,30) including a flow path (51) in the inside, at least a part of which is constituted by a flexible material, the tube (51,30) is provided with at least one inner slit along an axis of the tube in a closed state or an opened state that reaches an internal peripheral surface (72,302) thereof and does not reach an external peripheral surface (71) thereof, and the tube includes position indicating means (83,304) for indicating a position of the inner slit, and when a connection port (300) is formed by forming an outer slit (307) that crosses with the inner slit (33) inside the tube, reaches the external peripheral surface (301) and does not reach the internal peripheral surface (302), the tube is used.
