Hard Tissue Regeneration Device

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new hard tissue regeneration device using osteoblast. ; SOLUTION: The hard tissue regeneration device is a complex of an osteoblast and a honeycomb porous body having through-holes with 1 [mu]m-14 [mu]m pore diameter comprising calcium phosphate produced by the osteoblast and a non-water-soluble polymer. The device is used for a joint treatment and a hard tissue regeneration treatment with respect to the disease of a bone and cartilage, and urges the excellent growth of the osteoblast and bone regeneration by allowing the honeycomb porous body with excellent biocompatibiliy to be a basic skeleton. ; COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
