IdeaConnection™ is seeking natural born sales people who are interested in working with the innovation departments of both small and large companies.

Unique Solution

You will be selling a unique solution to company's innovation and problem solving needs; not selling a commodity. Companies need our unique service: their need to solve problems and innovate is great, and IdeaConnection™ has the people and tools that will solve their problems more quickly and economically than can be done on their own.

Experience and Training

No experience necessary. We believe great sales people are born. You will, of course, need to have an extensive understanding of our service and of how companies approach problem solving and innovation. You will be an expert in this area and be seen as a trusted advisor; this will allow you to close sales. You must be a great speaker and a very good listener.

Leads and Prospecting

You will be supplied with leads. No prospecting necessary. Some trade shows.

Work Environment

You will work alone; there will be team meetings approximately every 3 months.

Your Clients

Your clients will be the managers and VP's of innovation in large and small companies that are ready to save time and money by reaching outside of their firms to access hundreds of thousands of great minds that are available to solve their problems and develop innovative opportunities.

Sales Cycle

The sales cycle is short with small companies, and usually longer with large companies. Choose the sales cycle and corresponding company size that you enjoy working with.

Decision Makers

Some sales people like selling to one person, others are born to sell to multiple decision makers. Choose the size of the company you wish to sell to accordingly.

Pricing

With your guidance, your clients will set their own pricing. Our service runs from $4,000 to $100,000 per solution. Some companies will want to tackle 10 problems for $100,000 or $10,000 each.

Repeat Business

Expect repeat business from 80% of your clients.

Compensation

10% + bonuses. Many companies will end up automating their repeat business. In this case you will receive 5% of each automated sale for as long as you are with the company. This is your path to earning 1 million + a year. Commission is paid within 15 days of the delivery of a solution.

Expenses

You will cover all your expenses, except travel and accommodation to our company meetings.
