weWant2 is a collaborative platform that, for the first time, promotes innovation as a sum of N personal and group dynamics, moving from "managers'-driven innovation" towards "everyone’s-driven innovation".



weWant2 acts as a "virtual black board" where the inputs and ideas from all employees and/or clients are gathered, commented, voted, "wiki-ed" and evaluated, following a "Genetic Algorithm" process. The "Genetic Algorithm" process helps to evolve ideas into high potential, well defined opportunities for everyone: you, your group, your department, your company.

How it works?

weWant2 aims at guaranteeing that a company, as well as individuals, can have access to every users' help to find, in and efficient way, innovation opportunities for himself as well as for his group (and for the company by default).

Within weWant2 there are multiple parallel dynamics (campaigns) with different focus, and each user accesses the ones he has created and/or to the ones he was invited to participate in. Therefore, each user can be either a manager of his own campaign and/or a participant on somebody else's campaign.

There are major tasks within weWant2

When iWant something:

1 - Ask for help, broadcast your need (create a campaign)...

2 - ...to every user (open campaign) or just to a limited group (limited campaign)

3 - Gather suggestions and discuss them

4 - Engage people on developing the best solutions

5 - Get the help of experts (either selected by you or automatically from the pool of users) to evaluate and rank the opportunities

6 - Do it!

These tasks can be performed in different combinations and sequences in order to define the best model (workflow) to deal with a specific campaign's goals.

By default there are 2 major groups of campaigns:

1 - Created by the users to address their own professional and/or personal Wants

2 - Created by the company to gather employees' ideas and feedback as well as to address company's Wants

Who uses?

weWant2 is a front-office tool that it is used by all employees (can be extended to clients and partners)!

weWant2 is often managed by the team responsible for the innovation process at the company. Here they can launch idea gathering initiatives, announce prizes and rewards, foster innovation attitude, foster creativity, select the ideas with highest potential, etc.

weWant2 users don't need individually licenses.

5. You launch. People submit, comment, vote, wiki, evaluate with your approval. You're up and running!

6. We provide support. Sure we're providing you software platform, but we never just hide behind the servers. We are available by phone or email to assist you.
