The Problem is:
- create a common decision about automobile purchases.
- the decision would be: never buy another car that is responsible for CO2 emissions, at all. No pollution depending on this source.
- if we could create a world movement using Idea Connection to spread the word and having everyone around committed with this decision, we could use it to create a world conscious and action about emissions our other common good problem caused by one of us.
