Who hasn't found a mouse in the house?
Aside from the unpleasant wariness that many feel toward rodents in their midst, homeowners may worry that mice will bring disease into their homes -- or breed and die behind their walls, leaving multiple mouse carcasses to rot for years.
Having mice, however, is only half the problem. Getting rid of them isn't any more pleasant, particularly for those reluctant to harm a flea. Is killing the mouse really the best solution? Is leaving a mouse to struggle and starve on a piece of sticky paper really fair? What's the best solution for all involved?
