Volcano Ash Clouds

We are seeing the effects of the recent volcano. We are yet to get more info.
I pretty well know that we are helpless now to prevent these or more violent volcanoes.
My question is how to clear these kinds of ash clouds in future without harming humanity and others? Can our Ideaconnection Teams jointly work on this as free service to humanity?
