water demand

the water demand in india is expected to be 1.5 trillion meter cube by the year 2030 as against 740 bmc currently , agriculture will account for 1200 bmc which will account to 80 percent,municipal and domestic will be 108 bmc around 7 percent,industry will be 196 bmc around 13 percent in 2030.So how can we fill up this demand of water by 2030. thanks.
