THE SOLUTION FOR ALL PARTS OF THE WORLD WILL BE WATER GRIDS LIKE THE ELECTRICAL GRID SYSTEM, WHERE COUNTRIES AND CONTINENTS WILL HAVE LARGE PIPELINES THAT HAVE COMMON WATER WHICH CAN BE SENT EASILY TO DROUGHT AREAS AND TO RELIEVE AREAS WITH TOO MUCH WATER. GOVERNMENTS WOULD CONTROL THE PIPELINE GRID SYSTEM AND DESALINATION PLANTS WOULD BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE SYSTEM IN MOST COUNTRIES. BOLIVIA HAS A GOOD DEAL OF PACIFIC COASTLINE AND PERHAPS BECHTEL COULD MAKE SOME MONEY BUILDING THOSE DESALINATION PLANTS.
