Comment on:Kashmir SolutionIn fact there is no 'Kashmir Problem'. Kashmir belongs to every person staying in India. The so called 'Kashmir Problem ' cannot be decided by 'some' people alone who happen to be residing in what is Kashmir today. The real question to be solved and settled is how soon Pakistan leaves the Kashmir territory it has been occupying for so many decades. Those who want to migrate to Pakistan are free to do so. The separatists can get their problems resolved within the constitutional framework of India. Indian legal system is strong enough to deal with any problems they may be having. That is the long and short of it. Posted by Kaushik J Shah Shah on February 2, 2010 What Kashmir extremist want is theocratic state of Muslim Kashmere and not a democratic state. Why the pundits have fled away. Kashmir is closely related to all Indians. It is for sure that not one inch of land shall be surrendered to separatist. No group can keep on fighting with mighty India. It does not matter how many years it may take to make it understand. Kashmir is a integral part of India, and it will remain till sun glows on earth. The solution lies with people. They should elect reasonable leaders, take a oath of Indian constitution and rule the state as is done in other part of India. Condition in Pakistan is worst. What ever any body says, Indian democratic model is tolerant, slow but steady and is much more Humane than militia rule in Afghan, Pakistan, Bangladesh , Nepal, Bhutan and even in China PR. Posted by Hemant Ambaselkar on August 9, 2009 Kashmiris should continue to be an integral part of India.Whole of India has more Muslims than Kashminr. So Muslims must join the mainstream and stop religious hostilities.Kashmir is lagging behind in advancement because of their separatist attitudes.
