Stress at Work


As a professioal Life Coach, I can assure you that the main stress buster is deep breathing. That is, to learn intentional breathing from the diaphram (deeply in the gut) and not just depending on one's lungs to do the breathing for us. Breathing is the essence of life...is it not? Secondly, stress is mostly caused by irrational and immobilizing thoughts...as distinct from thinking. There is a crucial difference. Everyone can be trained to be aware of breathing healthfully and to think creatively. That is, it will work for anyone who is willing to take the time to practice these excellent distinctions. One other valuable understanding...stress is a product of fear. If you're stressed, you might find it empowering to ask yourself what you're afraid of. Just check it out. A good coach who knows how to create peace of mind can help immeasurably.

To, Respected gentle mans, My observation about stress at work is that, not loving work because every person have different nature & goal ex. person loving nature & he become a chemical engi. he will not happy with his work, for that what he have lot of solutions try to make a surrounding with nature friendly, speak his nature love with his partners, give some time in a weak for his loving subject not think about money in that, then if possible shift a profession related to his post work & his loving future work, ex. chemical engi. loving nature can shift his carrier from company to sewage treatment plant, agri based any business..... Second most imp. is that not keep pending work, do work in time, in own systematic style, don't take garbage of overload work. Satisfy our self about life is most imp. see peoples who are smaller than you.............., Thanks a lot, also you will use sound therapy own not by outer side it will helps to secret useful harmonies which will keep you calm automatically ,shut your eyes & mouth, ear & make sound like mmmmm in vibration daily for 5 min. .........
