Who is responsible for kashmir problem. Most probably people sitting either at Islamabad or New Delhi. Human beings poses such a quality that if two families stay at close distance they will be neighbors than friends and than relatives. Irrespective of their class creed or religion. So why it is untrue in case of kashmir because people at far off places for their political gain kill innocent people and try to make the issue hot. Kashmir will be peaceful if you remove all restrictions and allow people to leave peacefully. one thing need to taken care is no body should force other the right to live and properity.
