Most of the TV maniacs are the ones who have a less job to do.This includes the homemakers,school going children and people coming from Offices.These people think that Tv is the only solution to pass time,entertainment and relieving stress.These people should know that they are not only killing their time but it is also causing harm to their health.TV not only worsens their eyesight but it is also affecting their mental health.When people are too much involved in TV they are alienating themselves from family,friends and society.This can cause severe mental health problems such as stress,depression and even Schizophrenia.
