Innovative Solution for:

E-waste is clogging up landfills and millions of dollars in valuable materials is going down the drain

Making recycling financially worth while.

We all know we should recycle because its good for the environment and the right thing to do. But lets face it, if we add an incentive, it will make it worth while in a way that will encourage eve3n more recycling.

When I worked in t e automotive industry, if someone was buying a new starter or alternator, they could bring their old (non-working) one and receive a credit towards the purchase of a new one.

Why not do the same with printers, fax machines etc.

A person or company could "trade in" thier machine for a new one at a retailer and receive a credit towards the purchase of a new one of the same or different brand. The retailer would then sell it to a recycler to recover their costs + make a small profit.
