Matching Personality Type with Position

Corporation should adopt an aptitude and/or personality tests for few selected candidates to determine the personality types and to match the prospective employee's personality with the demand of the available position. Some positions, do need workaholics who are willing to put in the extra mile and hours for the tasks to be done.

The employer would be happier with the effective placement not only through matching education and work background, but also the personality type that matches the demand of certain position. Likewise, the employee is less stressful when the work demand is according to his/her work priority.
