I have spent the past few years developing a grinding system for EPS. The system rips the EPS without densifying. The now professionally built equipment is available but not yet marketed. Web site and new recycled EPS products coming soon. I left a good job as a scientist early in 2008 and cash is now running thin so your prayers are definitely welcome.

Your grinding system sounds promising. But we badly need the next step of mixing these ground beads with new virgin material so that new Styrofoam boards and packaging can be made.
