Global Online Charter

In July 2008, an International Youth Advisory Congress convened in London. "Online safety and security" was the theme, and up to 150 youths, in collaboration with corporate leaders, worked to draw up The Children and Young Persons' Global Online Charter. Among other recommendations, the charter defines as an entitlement the ability for children to be educated about cybersafety.
