Playing for Change has a daunting mission: to "bring peace to the world through music." A mobile recording studio allows for the recording of heartfelt tunes in far-flung corners of the world. Benefit concerts raise funds to construct arts and music schools in disadvantaged communities. In addition, the Playing for Change Band travels internationally to help spread the word about intercultural music.
