The "ASK4"(tm) concept is being developed to:
- simplify the convergent collaboration process
- identify, validate, assemble, and promote expertise
- uncover hindrances and discover viable paths forward
- syndicate its practitioners in a co-owned virtual cooperative
- monetize and broker their crowd-sourced solutions (free-market valuation)
- provide interoperable websites that aggregate a global knowledge-base
- share solutions and generated net revenue among contributing participants

This allows any/everyone to address local issues within a global perspective
- via a self-governing, self-correcting, virtual community (U-Netted Nations)
- that affords equitable representation and offers equitable remuneration
- and replaces the debt-based model with a global innovation economy
