Local businesses and patrons of the arts would make donations to museums in the area. This would fund the first step of the program, allowing under-privileged children to use these funds to visit museums and experience culture and art. After they have toured the museum, the children and sponsors would create their own art, such as paintings, drawings, sculptures, etc. These pieces would be sold to raise more money for the program to continue and allow more children to participate in the program.
